Store Policies

Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify‑supported payment methods. All transactions are processed securely, and your card is charged immediately upon checkout. Orders cannot be modified once placed, so please review your cart carefully before submitting payment.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Domestic (USA): Free shipping. Delivery in 3–7 business days.
  • Europe: Free shipping. Delivery in 10–15 business days.
  • International: Rates & delivery times calculated at checkout.

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking data.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide an RMA and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Product Warranty

All Cook Cedar cookware and tools are backed by a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered. For warranty claims, email photos and your order number to our support team.
