Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & US public holidays). A confirmation email is sent when your order is received, followed by a shipping‑notification email when it leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Cost: Always free—no minimum spend.
• Estimated transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size & destination.

Shipping to Europe

• Cost: Free on every order.
• Estimated transit: 10–15 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed automatically once the carrier scans your parcel (allow up to 48 hours for updates). Can’t locate your tracking or need assistance? Contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may incur duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to most P.O. boxes within the United States. If your address has specific carrier restrictions, please let us know before ordering.
